Villa Sevilla Reservations

Please take the time to carefully read through the amenities section at each of our lodging options as not all amenities are available in each location.  There are 5 different lodging options and each is unique and offer something special so please choose based on the amenities that are important to you.  Rates are listed under each of the specific accommodations.

La Casita - Bella Vista Chalet - Villa Escondido and Pablo's Place

Please note that each of these accommodations do have different nightly minimum requirements.  Shorter stays may be considered for an additional fee however we can usually accept shorter stays without a fee if we have some dates to fill in between guests. We are not able to do one night only reservations. 

Check in begins after 4pm and check out is by 11am.

*We cannot accept check ins after 10PM. Please let us know during the reservation process if you anticipate an arrival after this time.

Reservations

Payment information:

  • A 25% non refundable down payment is required to hold reservations with balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.  * Failure to make the balance payment 30 days prior to your arrival may result in the cancellation of your reservation and the forfeiture of your reservation down payment. 
  • Please be sure to read through our refund policy by clicking the link provided.
  • Payments can be made using a credit card through the paypal link below, or by check. (Contact us for information if you plan to send a check)

*Credit cards are not accepted on location

Making a Reservation with Us — Once you have checked the availability calendar, and are ready to reserve your spot, please fill out our Reservation Request.

Reservation Process:

  • Once we receive your Reservation Request we will confirm availability and e-mail you with our availability letter which includes payment information and instructions. This e-mail will place your reservations under a 24 hr courtesy hold.  If down payment is not received during this period we will send one follow up letter.
  • If a down payment has still not been received we can not confirm your dates after this point unless you have contacted us during the courtesy hold period.
  • Confirmation along with other helpful information will be sent via e-mail once down payment is received.
  • Directions and welcome booklet will be sent via e-mail once we have recieved your final balance payment (due 30 days prior to check in)
  • We will re-contact you the month prior to your check in to confirm flight information and offer suggestions for activities during your stay.  If you have any questions before this time please feel free to contact us as we are more then happy to answer all of your questions.

Hacienda Las Palmas 

Four night minimum stay is required.  Shorter stays may be arranged with an additional fee of $100 for each night under four. This property is owned by Pablo Fuentes and is not part of Villa Sevilla. 

Check in begins after 4pm and check out is by 11am.

*We cannot accept check ins after 12 midnight. 

Reservations

Payment information:

  • A non refundable down payment of $50 per night is required to hold your reservations. Balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival and payable to Pablo Fuentes via his paypal account.  Directions for payments will be e-mailed with confirmation letters from Villa Sevilla.
  • Failure to make the balance payment 30 days prior to your arrival may result in the cancellation of your reservation and the forfeiture of your reservation down payment

*Credit cards and personal checks are not accepted on location.

Refund Policy

  • Down payments are non refundable
  • No Refunds will be issued on any cancellations made less then 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation before this time all attempts will be made to re-book your dates.  If we are able to fill the dates we will refund down payments for the dates which we have re-booked.  A $50 re-booking fee will apply and be subtracted from any refunds.
  • It is recommended that guests look into purchasing   Trip interruption/cancellation insurance. During winter months there may be flight delays due to weather and many other times through the year unexpected things may just come up in everyone's lives so for just a few dollars a day it is a great piece of mind.  We have provided two links below.  There are many companies out there that offer this service and your own private insurance company may also offer plans

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY

No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations by way of a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” for our area and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation” order has been issued by the National Weather Service for the area
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive
