There are 5 different lodging options and each is unique and offer something special so please choose based on the amenities that are important to you. Rates are listed under each of the specific accommodations. Shorter stays may be arranged with a fee of $50 additional charge for each night less then four. We can usually accept shorter stays without a fee if we have some dates to fill in between guests. We will then confirm availability and notify you of the amount required for down payment along with your remaining balance. Confirmation and directions will be sent via e-mail once down payment is received. Pablo Fuentes will be your host throughout your visit. All questions regarding this property should be directed to him once your reservation is confirmed.
Down payments are non refundable No Refunds will be issued on any cancellations made less then 30 days prior to arrival. If you need to cancel your reservation before this time all attempts will be made to re-book your dates. If we are able to fill the dates we will refund balance payments for the dates which we have re-booked. * Full balance refunds will be considered due to medical reasons which can be supported by a physicians note.
