Hacienda Las Palmas is the perfect hideaway for couples or friends and families seeking a private escape in the countryside of Puerto Rico.  Located in a rural neighborhood in the foothills of El Yunque, guests can experience ‘real’ everyday life on the island.  In our neighborhood there is no traffic, no streets lined with tourists and no stress, just the tropical breezes and nightly song of the coqui frogs. 

The home is located on 3 private acres (one useable acre and 2 acres of hillside and natural vegetation, coco palms, and some fruit trees) at the end of a small road approximately 1/4 mile from the Villa Sevilla properties. 

This property features a small private pool, and a 1300 sq ft home that includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. 

Hacienda Las Palmas can be rented as a full three bedroom home or also as a two bedroom option for smaller groups.  (For the two bedroom option, the master bedroom on the lower level will be locked off making the home a 2 bedroom one bath home.  *If renting this as a two bedroom option the 3rd bedroom would not be rented during your stay)

*This home is owned and managed by our neighbor Pablo Fuentes and is not part of the Villa Sevilla properties.  (We at Villa Sevilla assist Pablo by taking reservations and offering activity suggestions and use of our guidebook for guests staying at Hacienda Las Palmas). 

Pablo Fuentes will be your host throughout your stay.  He will check in with you daily and you may call him at any time for assistance as he just lives a few properties down the road.

• Full kitchen (gas range with oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, full size refrigerator, dishes cutlery, and paper products to get you started on your vacation)
• Dining room with seating for 6

• Main level sleeping areas include bedroom #1 with two twin beds and  bedroom #2 with a queen bed
• Full bathroom with tub/shower combo
• Lower level master suite includes a king size bed and bathroom with shower (no tub).  Also includes sliding glass doors which open out to the pool area.  *The master suite will be locked off if renting this home as a two bedroom option. 
• Individual A/C units in all bedrooms (there is no central A/C- only bedrooms are air conditioned)
• TV with Satellite channels in living room
• Wifi
• Small private in ground pool
• Propane gas grill
• Towels, beach towels, linens, hair dryer, iron and ironing board
• Use of washer and dryer for nominal fee of $5 per load which includes laundry products
• Screened doors and windows
• Home is 1300 sq feet
